The Challenge
Piles were required due to the ground conditions.
There were two extensions to this contract, the other being at the rear of the property, which was only accessible via the garden path, but because of our small restricted access rigs, we were able to construct both the piling and ground beams for both extensions with ease.
The Solution
We used our T3000 to pre-auger the piles to enable us to insert heave sleeves and the Premodrill D1200 to drive the piles as designed.
Ground beams were excavated and heave protection was installed before placing the steel and finishing with concrete.
