The Challenge
Broadoaks Park in West Byfleet is Octagon’s flagship development of luxury homes. Set in 25 acres of mature grounds the client required a foundation solution that was cost effective and time efficient so the desired programme could be achieved.
The Franki Solution
Alongside our client Octagon developments we selected our piled raft system because of various natural benefits to the Broadoaks site including speed of construction, reduced excavations and excellent incorporation of ground gas protective measures. Working alongside our suppliers we designed and installed our piled raft system inclusive of under raft venting system.
Over multiple phases Franki Foundations UK have delivered in house piling and piled raft foundations on programme and hit key dates within our clients programme in order to keep the Broadoaks development rolling.
