Process

Piling Operations

Piling operations commence adopting tailored techniques that best suit each project. Pile positions are carefully monitored and installed to ensure that all precast ground beams are manufactured to accommodate actual installed positions.

Cropping & Preparation

Installed piles are prepared using industry standard methods but do not require anything more elaborate other than the installation of a single projecting dowel bar. This eliminates the requirement or any expensive pile caps or time consuming in situ details.

Beam Placement

Each beam is uniquely marked so it can be offloaded straight into position for rapid installation. Cast in grout tubes and joints are filled using high-strength non-shrink grout and the installation is then complete.

System Completion

Rapid Beam can be supplied along with block & beam or hollow core flooring to provide a complete solution providing a single procurement package.

Flooring options are installed directly on to beams. The brick and blockwork can begin without the need for a curing period.
