Last week, Vanhout NV completed the takeover of the company De Bie-Veba in Aartselaar. Vanhout NV thus becomes the sole owner of De Bie-Veba.
De Bie-Veba specializes in placing and servicing technical installations in primarily residential projects. The company also offers a 24-hour helpdesk.
De Bie-Veba currently has a turnover of around 8 million EUR and has a staff of 65 employees.

Along with the takeover, the new manager, Stijn Boeren, who will manage De Bie-Veba together with Jos Smets, has been introduced.
